"RUN AWAY PRE-TEEN" is not the type of girl that'd you think would be running around with "ON THE RUN CRIMINAL". They're from two different sides of the tracks with different opinions on everything. "RUN AWAY PRE-TEEN." likes to write, she's smart, she keeps them out of trouble when they're on the run. She's the rock that keeps "ON THE RUN CRIMINAL" grounded. She owes him a lot, like a lot a lot. She could owe him her life, but she's not sure how far her step-mother's abuse would've gone. She gets scared thinking about it, but she generally tries not to think about it.
"RUN AWAY PRE-TEEN" has a few personalities:
- She could be broken. She used to be fun, outgoing, but now she keeps to herself and walks with her head down. She's younger, an actual pre-teen or early teenage years. She's insecure about herself. The scars haven't gone away, she's still got her arms wrapped up, she should be dead. She's like a walking zombie, and despite all the time she spends with "ON THE RUN CRIMINAL", she hasn't built her confidence back up at all.
- She was never broken, she's stronger than she looks and "ON THE RUN CRIMINAL" has helped her - a bit indirectly - make herself stronger. She's still rather jumpy and paranoid about dark rooms and open doors but she's getting better. She's glad she got out of there, she's more confident because she never lacked belief in herself. She always had hope, hope is what gets her through dark nights.
- She could be late teen, she could've argued back with her mother. They swapped words, but she's the only one who got hit. Talk shit, get hit is what her step-mother used to tell her. She just laughs at the saying now. Her and "ON THE RUN CRIMINAL" are more friendly than they should be, she's not proud of it, but it keeps him happy so it keeps her happy. She does it out of fear he'll do something to her against her will, if she consents, it's not rape is it?
